Engineering Services

01. Project Management
As a business support function, we identify customer requirements and conditions, and support feasibility reviews and investment decisions through process and layout design.
02. Planning & Feasibility study
Based on discussions with customers, we develop concepts such as processes and flows and provide quotations that include basic design and process planning. This contributes to smooth project execution and securing high quality.
03. Design E&C
In accordance with the specifications set based on the basic design, we prepare all elements—equipment, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and architectural/structural work—down to the fabrication, procurement, and construction level. By actively utilizing various engineering tools, we identify and improve issues from the initial stage, contributing to higher design quality, shorter schedules, and cost reduction.
04. Production & Equipment
Based on long-standing experience and performance, we evaluate quality, delivery time, and price from multiple perspectives, select optimal vendors, and build a reliable procurement system. For equipment that involves fabrication, we take responsibility throughout the entire process and conduct final inspections to ensure quality.
05. Construction
Under an integrated EPC system, we carry out on-site construction smoothly and safely. We can respond to a wide range of specialized works—from equipment installation, piping, and electrical/instrumentation—enabling flexible support not only for new plant construction but also for retrofits and maintenance. We thoroughly manage schedule, quality, and safety to provide construction optimized to customer requirements.
06. Start-up Service
After construction is completed, we perform step-by-step start-up and commissioning to verify normal operation and functions of each equipment system based on the design specifications. From equipment checks to integrated commissioning of the entire system, we execute the work under a thorough plan to validate safety, operability, and performance. We conduct start-up and commissioning so that customers can begin operation with confidence.
