Insulation Cooling

When the outside air temperature reaches 30 ℃ or more, the installed cooling fan operates at maximum output, and the outside water is sprayed into the insulation chamber to cool the passing air and prevent the water from directly contacting the heat exchanger.

DC BRUSHLESS MOTOR

By adopting an aluminum die-casting axial flow fan driven by a DC brushless motor, average power consumption is reduced by more than 30% compared to existing cooling devices.
It is durable and requires no maintenance. It also suppresses operating noise to 57 ㏈ or less.

Automatic Discharge

Water in the device is automatically discharged without using a valve, preventing water from freezing in the pipe when the factory is not operating due to an outside temperature below 0 ℃.
You don't need to add an anti-freeze medium such as ethylene glycol. It can be safely used even in lines where ethylene glycol cannot be used.

REMOTE COTROLLER PANEL

With the latest micro process and BLU indicator, you can monitor the operating status of your device.
When an error occurs, the cause of the problem and the countermeasure are displayed as an alarm message so that you can respond easily.
For data collection, temperature and pressure sensors are attached to enable management of the manufacturing line.

Component Unit Integration

Unit components including the control panel, tank, and valve are integrated to take up less space.
By integrating units, on-site construction can be done quickly.
Additionally, since the pump unit and cooling water tank are made of stainless steel, it is highly durable.
